Sleep In Teenagers Lives

Sleeping when you are a teenager is as important as in any other phase of life, because during the sleep important functions of the brain are activated and prepares the body to daily activities.

A teenager takes from 5 to 10 minutes to sleep, and generally needs to sleep around 9 hours and a half for night to develop well their everyday activities.

Without the right amount of sleep what happen:

· Limit the capacity of learning, listening, concentrating and resolving problems, causing low school results.

· Take to aggressive behavior and impatience towards other people, getting conflicting and anxiety situations.

· Provoke anxiety and make the person eat more, gaining weight.

· Fall asleep during the day mess up the teenager everyday activities.
